Our team has the know-how and the heart to help you.
Not everyone who manages money is a fiduciary. We are, though. That means we put your needs ahead of ours and we can show you what that means. We document our processes so we can prove we’re acting in your best interests.
We’re a fee-based advisory firm, and as fiduciaries, we’re obligated to act in your best interests. And because we’re independent financial advisors, we can help you build a financial portfolio that reflects whatever level of risk you’re comfortable with when you’re investing. Whether you're starting your investment journey, needing help planning your retirement, or enjoying those retirement years and need someone to partner with, we’re here for you.
Ron has over 30 years of experience in the financial field. After graduating from Whitworth College with degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, he began a lifelong commitment to his clients’ financial well-being. Whatever the objectives Ron knows it is about more than the numbers, there is a personal side to every financial decision. Continuing to educate himself in the field and the opportunities which provide the best strategies for long-term financial health is a point of pride to him. His focus is to make sure that the strategies he is presenting are efficient and effective in today's uncertain market and for our clients’ needs.
Ron has owned and operated his own firm for 30 years and has been securities licensed since 1996. Planning for the future of each client’s short and long-term goals in personal, business, and tax strategies is a goal he is always striving for and has built his practice on. His daughter, Cassie Camerer, joined him in the business over 5 years ago, as part of a business legacy for himself, and to create a sturdy foundation their clients can count on for decades to come.
Ron’s specialties include safe money options, buy-sell and business planning, estate planning, wealth preservation and transfer. He is adept at structuring tax planning strategies. As a small business owner himself, helping other business and small business owners with planning for their financial growth and stability is a heartfelt focus of his.
Ron is married to his wife, Briana, of over 30 years and has two daughters, one son, and two grandchildren. He has lived in the Pacific Northwest for almost 50 years, and the last 35 years in Spokane. Ron and his family have been especially active in winter sports, skiing with the Mt Spokane Ski Team, where he served as a board member, snowmobiling, and as a member of the Winter Knights. During the summer, he and his wife spend their free time cruising Lake Roosevelt on their boat.
Cassie is a financial advisor and is designated as a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) through the American College of Financial Services. Critical aspects of her client relationships are: providing integrated planning and investment strategies for growing and protecting client assets, including tax, estate planning, risk management, and retirement planning.
Cassie graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in both Germanics and Comparative Literature. Cassie worked for a local Spokane translation services firm where she became a trainer, project and account manager for the company in a short amount of time.
After transitioning to the financial business and completing her initial education and training, she continued to learn through mentorship with her father, Ron Kincaid, in his practice. Risk management, budgeting, and tax planning strategies as alternatives to financial investments were her initial specialties. She has since been invited to join several industry leaders in their 40 under 40 meetings and seminars.
Cassie has strong ties to Spokane. Her entire family lives there: her mom, dad, sister, brother, and niblings. In 2014 she married Andy, who is an active duty service member and currently a recruiter for the United States Air Force. They met and married in Spokane, but recently moved to Tacoma as a result of his promotion to Staff Sergeant and his new position. She continues to work in Spokane while growing her business throughout the northwest.
